Our Policies
If you weren’t pleased with your service, please reach out to us within one week of your service date. We do not guarantee a refund for your service, but it is our hope and intention to offer solutions to make our guests happy. We will invite you in to learn more about your hair goals and assess your current results. We'll do everything we can to get you to a better place towards you hair goal or making adjustments to go in a different direction we are here to work with you.
CANCELLATIONS
Color Appointments : 48 hour Cancellation Policy
If you do need to cancel or change your hair color appointment with less than a 48 hour period, you will be charged 50% of your service fee in an effort to support our stylist and their service quality. We hope you understand because of the nature of color appointments because they require more care and time they are harder to fill last minute that is why this policy is in place.
Any other Appointments : 24 hour Cancellation Policy
If you do need to cancel or change any other appointments (such as haircuts) within the 24 hour period, you will be charged 50% of your service fee in an effort to support our stylist and their service quality.
No Show | Last Minute Cancellation Charge
If you do not show up for your appointment or cancel last minute you will be charged 100% of your appointment fee for the time booked.
ALL appointments that are scheduled do qualify for the cancellation fee.
LATE POLICY
We kindly ask that you arrive at least 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment time so you can check in and we can assist you in settling into your service time.
We know that unexpected things happen, if you do arrive more than 15 min past your scheduled appointment, we’ll do our best to accommodate you, whether that’s fitting you in for our shorter service or rescheduling you for another time. If you’re running late, please give us a heads up by calling the salon.
We work very hard to schedule the right amount of time for each service. Accommodating late guests is often impossible without disrupting other guests scheduled that day.
PRODUCTS
For products that are either unopened or minimally used, we accept exchanges for store credit within 7 days.
